Default Renting Out A House

Well my daughter has of course purchased herself a larger home now that she is expecting a new addition to her family.

Her old house is in great condition and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well. So she has decided to rent it out.

Its located in a great area, but she is having a bit of trouble designing a contract for renters.

I was hoping someone here would be able to give her some advice on how to get a contract done for this house so she can start running ads to get it rented out.

After she moved out all of the lighting fixtures in the house were replaced as well as faucets, smoke alarms, railings and so on. We all put alot of time and money into this place, which is another reason she wants a contract done up to help her in protecting the property.

Of course we are all hoping that the future renters will take care of the place, but you know there are some out there who could care less and that causes alot of trouble.

Any ideas, suggestions or anything at all would be greatly appreciated. We would like to get this all done as quickly as possible so that the house isnt sitting empty for to long. Thanks Everyone!!
