Default Rental Rate Increases

I have been looking into some rental properties lately and I am really surprised to see that the prices have jumped up.

I live in a small town and people aren't rich around here, yet you almost have to be to have the ability to afford rent prices.

A good friend of mine is looking to rent a place, but she works 2 jobs so scouting out places is very hard. So I have been looking for her.

She has 2 children so she needs a place with at least 3 bedrooms and she would like 2 bathrooms and a garage.

It has been hard to find this let alone some that will fit into her budget. I have a couple more places to check tomorrow and hopefully one of those places will fit her perfectly!!

As you say she is scouting for a home which have 3 bedrooms at least. So I can aware you a house which have 2 rooms but not the three. If she can survive then interact, I can give you the positive response.

it seems that the higher the inflation goes the higher the rental property goes and there is no break for the little man trying to find good housing at a good price with the way some people treat a rental it is no wonder the the Realtor finds it hard to rent to decent folks with out a back ground check this seem like a invasion of privacy but it is to protect you and the renter so i hope this helps u and good luck

Its a real shame too, it seems that the fewer jobs there are the higher the prices of everything and that includes rentals.

And it seems that if you find a rental that is fairly cheap, it isnt in the best of shape. Luckily though there are nice places for rent at fair prices. You just have to take the time to look for them.

And remember, not all rentals are in the newspaper. Sometimes you just have to get in the car and drive around and look. Plus, doing it this way sometimes can find you a really nice place at a nice price.
