Default Rental Insurance

Rental insurance- Who needs it?

Well, if you don't own the place where you reside then you should have rental insurance. That includes rental houses, apartments, retirement complexes and even dorm rooms.

You can usually get rental insurance fairly cheap depending on what all you are covering.

You may think that you have no need of it but things happen, life happens. You can at anytime have fire, smoke or water damage just to mention a few things.

Quote:
Not having renters insurance is the ultimate penny-wise, pound-foolish decision. Think you can't afford it? Well, think about this: How would you pay for temporary lodging and replace all your clothes, dishes, furniture and electronics if your upstairs neighbor fell asleep with a cigarette in his hand?
If you don't already have it, get it.
