Default Problems with Renting

Renting is a great idea if your just starting out in life and wanting to be on your own. Though one of the many problems with renting a home is that it never actually feels like home.

At least all the time while I was renting a home it sure didnt.

Another problem with renting is that there are certain things that you will proably not be allowed to do in your apartment or home which ever it is.

Things like changing the colors of rooms, planting a nice veggie or flower garden in the spring. There is also always that fear that something will happen and there will be problems with the landlord.

Those types of problems are never fun to think about, but sometimes they do happen.

There were several places that I rented and even though it was easier at the time to do this, I wish I would have put that money towards owning my own home.
Nothing can beat that feeling. Then no one can tell you what you cant or cant do to the home, unless its against the law or certain codes of the area.

Its good for those just starting out in life to rent as it does help to teach responsibility, but in my opinion its a much better feeling when your able to say this is MY HOME!

Another problem when it comes to renting a place is that you can sometimes end up dealing with a landlord who is unwilling to make repairs and take care of the place as they should. Though this is quite rare, it does happen every now and then.

Then again you may get lucky and find a landlord who is very nice and is willing to allow renters to make various changes to the home, which would make you feel as though the place is more yours.

Though again this is another one of those things that are very rare.
