Default One of the Most Important Aspects of Renting Your House

Most people don't keep the upkeep like they should, and they end up losing some of the equity in thier home. Not realizing that they tend to get lazy, putting things off,for good reason at times. This is one of the most important parts to renting your home.Next is your lease agreement, make sure that you cover everything in black and white.Protect yourself and your investment.

Another key thing is to include,in your lease, that you are to make routine visits to your property to inspect it.Apartment owners do it,homeowners should to.Remember protect your investment.

You are so right! Things can certainly deteriorate quickly if you don't stay on top of them! And if you don't stay on top of them and fix things right away you will end up spending more in the long run. Sometimes you just can't help it though and you have no choice but to put things off for a while.

You are both right!! the thing is the landlord has to keep up his or her responcibility too!! If they are like mine you can't get them to do anything that they are legally responcible for.

The onky way i get mine to do anything is to hold back the rent. Even then it is like pulling teeth. I do my part and I expect him to do his. so renting goes both ways..
