Default Not A Good Time To Own A Home

In todays market the only sure thing is to either be living with a room mate or a family member and as the unemployment keeps rising this sure sounds like a win win option for most everyone. Nearly 2 million between the ages of 20 to 35 moved back with either a fried or family member since 2005 The rental propertys needed to a commadate the rising fourclousers is a much needed thing. Some investors and lenders have even come into the rental market

You are right, it is getting harder and harder for people to make it on their own and the foreclosures have put many people out of their homes and now they have to live with family members or friends.

And as I have said before, it all comes down to jobs but it seems these days that once someone loses a job, that the job they had just completely disappears.

Hopefully soon things will change and get back to a semblance of normalcy.

Yes it would be a great thing if the job market would pick up the rising

costs of everything is making it harder and harder to keep thing even

aflot. most people are just getting by and thank the man above that they

still can but times are much tuffer for most people so living in with a

friend or family member helps out if everyone gets along and in some

cases even that can be hard
