Default Limited Rentals

Has anyone else been seeing this in your area as well. There at one time there were many houses for sale and several apartments and houses for rent also. This was the picture that I was seeing in my little area.

Though now it seems that there are not very many places for sale or rent at all. All of these places have been filled up.

I know of at least one couple who lost their home due to foreclosure and they now are in the process of moving into a very nice home.

It seems that some of those who lost their homes because of this horrible economic slump are finally starting to get back onto their feet once again.

There are is one home in my area that seems that no one can move into for any length of time. It seems that people move in and then after just one year they are moving back out again. This is a rather large home and I am guessing that people are not able to afford the up keep of the home and the bills.

Of course that is just a guess, it could be something completely different altogether.

The number of vacant homes is going down around here where I live to.It seems that people are coming to the beach to stay for the summer despite the bad economy.

I wish I could still afford to move and have fun for the summer, but I can not I work three jobs just to get by.There is no more time to work another job for more money.

I just sit here and dream of one day maybe being stable again.

Sorry to hear that your struggling so much. There are way to many people right now who are struggling and some aren't able to still make ends meet.

Things are horrible right now thanks to this economy. Though keep your fingers crossed that hopefully real soon things will begin to change and we will all be able to relax just a little bit once again.

Friends have even mentioned that it is getting more and more difficult to find a rental because there are a lot of people grabbing them up. However there are still from what I have seen several homes that are still for sale. The number of homes that are for sale in my small area is actually increasing.

Then again rent payments are usually much lower than house payments. There were several elderly people in this area who have decided it is time to move away and that is why they are selling their homes here, or they have another home elsewhere and are getting rid of the one they no longer want.
