Default Getting your money.
How does one get their money once the court has made a judgement. I have a friend who already has one in her favor and has yet to see a dime of the cash.

She is now on her way to the courts again after being messed over by a tenant. The tenant not only owes her rent but left a huge mess of garbage that now has to be hauled away.

It disturbs me that you can go to court and get them to say the people owe you and must pay but then nothing happens. Is there a followup process so that you can get that money or not?
