Foreign Contracts

This is something I wanted to share with everyone here because it was just so off the wall that it is unreal.

My friends daughter is moving out and into her first apartment. We are all helping her move. Though finding the right apartment was not an easy task.

She did find one that he really fell in love with, though when she was handed a contract to sign for this apartment, it was written in a language which she did not understand at all.

Thankfully she was smart enough NOT to sign this contract. I can not believe that a landlord would attempt such a dumb thing. I do imagine that there are people in this world who don't care and would have just signed with out giving it a second thought.

But thankfully most people ( at least I hope) are smarter than that. If you can't read it or understand it....DON'T SIGN IT.

Too many people rush into contracts and regret it later.

I can't believe this person was given a contract in a different language. Boy, some people will try anything to scam!
