Default Do you want to be a landlord?

It looks like its a good time to start renting out your other home.
The market is crazy right now but there are alot of people looking
for places to rent.

As always make sure you know your states laws before you take on this
kind of resposibility. There are risks involved when taking on tenants and you must protect your investment along with making some extra cash.
