Bad renters strike again.

Now I am sorry to say that the lady I know that rents out a home in my neighborhood has had yet another renter stiff her.

They failed to pay their rent and then moved out without notice. This is dirty and I think that renters like these should have notices attached to them so others don't get messed over.

On top of it she is living just down the street and the people she is renting from know her previous landlord. What has me so upset is now they are giving her (the ex landlord) dirty looks.

People who do wrong and then blame someone else make me furious. This woman will do the same to them eventually but in the mean time it is going to cause havoc.

We need laws to prevent repetative renter abuses like these. The previous landlord was told by her lawyer that it would be best to get the keys and leave it.

By the time she went to court and paid the fees she would just break even. This has happened before and she got a judgement but hasn't yet recieved her money.
