Talking about flipping.

I found this video it is by an older woman who is speaking about getting into house flipping. She has done alot of checking for homes in her area.

She also speaks of becoming a real estate agent. I believe that she has the right idea.

She shows a picture of a home she is checking into and discusses what she found in relationship to the home.

If she can purchase this one for the back taxes and get it fixed up I believe she will have her first flip and a successful one at that.

It truly is about getting out there and looking and doing your homework. Watching what you buy is important also. She had planned on buying a condo but as a friend told her the appreaciation of the property would not be as good as a single family home.
