Repair and Flipping Videos

Watching videos on flipping houses and how to repair different things is something that I love to do. Not because I actually get into flipping homes for a profit, but because they are seriously helpful when there are things that need to be done around my home or the home of a friend.

Most people think that I am just creative or actually intelligent when it comes to things like this. Truth is I watch a whole lot of these videos and tend to learn a lot from them.

I am only sharing that with you all because it is interesting to learn these things, its impressive to friends and family and of course you all don't know my friends and can't tell them all the truth about me, .

A friend of mine was freaking out because she accidently slammed the front door open one day and of course it left a nice size hole in her drywall. The next day I went over with a few items and had the hole completely fixed and all she needed to do was wait until it was dry enough to slap on a bit of paint.

It is amazing how helpful these things can be when someone is in the need of it.
