Nice House Flip

Here is a video I found on YouTube where this man, I believe he says his name is Michael Jake, and his money partner found a great house which is almost move in ready as it sits for a flip house. He walks you through the house and explains how he was able to get a great deal on the property and they will make a nice profit after taxes.

Instead of going with a hard lender he uses a money partner. He finds the house, either does the work himself or contracts it and his partner funds the project. In the end, they equally split the profit. It's a pretty good deal for both parties.

Nice video, thanks for sharing it with all of us here. I would imagine it would be alot easier to find a money partner rather than attepting to go to a lender.

I love to see those videos and to watch it on TV!! I can't ever get over the difference of the before and the after. One day I want to flip one just to see what it is like.
