More house hunting!

Here is a video we shot the other day while searching for houses. We decided to adapt a little in our house flipping and look for houses to rehab and flip to landlords. Pretty interesting stuff!

I just watched both of your video's and you were right the houses you looked at were way to damaged The last one was really scary lol you were right about that You said these were HUD homes did they not inspect these homes every so often to make sure they were kept up to code? or was the damage done after they were vacated?

As to the second video i thought was great the before and after was very interesting great job by the way great renovation

I believe that HUD has someone that goes around to each house and check weekly. The graffiti house was probably damaged while it was in foreclosure. I mean, these houses sit vacant for almost a year before they get relisted with an agent so there is plenty of time for little vandals to break in.

Its a shame what kids will do to an empty house. The house next to us has been empty for years now, but fortunately, I have only had to tell kids once not to mess around there.

the houses shown in the clips were hud homes up for sale
and they were so damaged they need a lot of work
