Default Making House Videos

I know that if I would have invested in a video camera I would have a ton of videos on the many things that we have done to our home over the years.

Such as when we tore out the old bathroom and completely updated it and made it a bit bigger. That was one big project but it was so well worth the time, effort and the money. Now we have a bathroom that we enjoy.

We are also working on our garage as well. That would have also made a great video.

Videos like these help a lot of people. By video taping the things that we do around the house from the smallest repairs to large projects can help others make repairs of their own and save them some money.

Also videos like these give people some great ideas for their own homes as well.

Not only do I need to invest in a camera but I need to scope out some more of these videos because my living room is due for a serious makeover, lol.

Default Re: Making House Videos

Pictures and video go a long way in helping to sell a home as well as bring back memories of your old home.

I have turned over a few homes remodeling and flipping them,I only wish I had taken pictures or video of the process.I have seen people do it and it is awesome to look back at how things used to be compared to how things are today.

Any one flipping a home should do this and use it in the sale of the home,it shows history and a lot of people care about the history of the home that they are purchasing.
