Default Drab to Fab

It is really amazing what a little money, patience, and hard work can do to a home which is run down and horrible shape.

Though this is what house flippers do best. They take a house which has seen much better days and turn it into something that many will want.

It really amazes me what they can do to these homes.

I love watching these videos, seeing what a place looked like before and then to turn around and see what the end result is like.

Each home takes alot of time, work and patience to complete, though it is well worth all of that work and of course the time.

You know what really amazes me? It's the fact that someone actually lived there before.

How in the world can anyone live in a mess like that? Wow!!!

LOL, your right on that note, it would is amazing that someone did actually live in that home.
Then again I guess it would be better than not having a roof over head at all.

Either way, the house is now in great condition and is looking very good. I am sure that this was a quick sale after all the work was completed.
