Another Flip Video.

I like this video. It shows how difficult house flipping really can be. This little house was filthy when they started to work on the thing.

It first had to be cleaned out before the could access the damage and begin repairs.

When this project was complete you could see how very nice this little house really was.

The things that they did weren't huge but sure made a difference. If I had walked into this home I would have been afraid of what was under all of that garbage.

It goes to show how little things can make a huge difference. I would love to have the finances to be a flipper. It is nice to see something that looks terrible become something really nice.
