Default A Rehab start to finish.

Ok I saw this and thought that this was a cute little house. These guys explain everything that they think needs done. They also explain the things they think have to be done and why.

I believe that this video is quite useful to a new flipper. I mean you get a real idea of what you need to do here. I don't like the idea of painting the walls white however no matter the shade. It is to hospital for me.

Part 2-

That part was the deconstruction phase. They tore everything apart and did the landscaping on the outside. The changes to the outside were small but what a huge difference in the appearance.

Part 3-

They finished it and it looks great. I got some great ideas for my own renovations from this flip. I didn't think that I would like the white but it isn't to bright in the one room.

The changes to the kitchen were also very nice. The additional bathroom turned out very well and the laundry room is a plus. I love the porch and the backyard. I am going to wait for chapter 4 to see how well they did financially.

Just can't imagine that they didn't turn a profit on this house. They added so much to it. I would have bought it! What do you guys think?
