I love to see how people take these homes that have been trashed and torn up and then turn around and make them into something that is really quite beautiful.
Plus watching them do some of the things that they do, gives me alot of ideas of things that I want to do around my own home to make it look and feel alot better.
Here is one video that I found while surfing and thought that everyone here would enjoy watching it as much as I did. This house was a complete mess, though thankfully there didnt seem to be alot of actual damage done to the house itself.
I think that this was a great find for him, and the flip came out beautifully. Though one thing I do disagree with in this video is the curb appeal. I personally believe that a little bit more could have been done to make the house more eye catching, but other than that it was great.
