This is the kind of thing I remember happening when I was a kid. If you had a project or needed to get something done you could always rely on your community to help you out.

They did a nice job on this house. Without the help of the other church members this could have taken them months longer to complete. The sale would have taken much longer also.

House flipping is a good thing for our communitiers as it takes properties that would normally sit and fall to pieces and makes them beautiful and saleable.
